Welcome to Varahi Accessories (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.varahiaccessories.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If there is a conflict between this page and one of those policies on a specific topic (for example, shipping or returns), the more specific policy applies.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order and payment.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you think someone has used your account without permission. You are not responsible for activity that happens after you report unauthorised use to us.

  1. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, and to show their colours, sizes, images, availability, and prices, accurately. However, lighting, photography, screen settings, handmade detailing, and manufacturing variations mean the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown. Minor variations in colour, finish, stones, beads, or detailing are not by themselves a defect.

Materials and care. Our jewellery is fashion / imitation jewellery unless a product page states otherwise. To keep your jewellery looking its best, keep it dry, store it separately, and avoid contact with perfume, water, and chemicals. People with sensitive skin or metal allergies should check the product description and use caution.

  1. Pricing

Prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, COD handling charges, or other fees will be shown before you confirm your order.

If a product is listed with a wrong price or wrong product information, we may correct the error, contact you, or cancel the affected order. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund you in full (see Section 9).

  1. Orders and payment

Placing an order. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. We will send you an order confirmation, but a binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order by dispatching it .

Our right to refuse or cancel. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, incorrect customer details, delivery restrictions, or operational or technical issues.

Payments. You must provide accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Fraudulent transactions, use of unauthorised payment methods, chargeback abuse, or misuse of payment facilities may lead to cancelled orders and other appropriate action.

Cash on Delivery (COD). COD may be available for some pin codes and order values, with any COD handling charge shown at checkout. Please be available to receive and pay for your order. If you repeatedly refuse or fail to accept COD orders without a valid reason, we may disable COD for your account or refuse future orders.

  1. Cancellation by you

You may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or dispatched. To do so, contact us at the details in Section 15 as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and our Refund & Return Policy will apply instead.

  1. Refunds for cancelled orders

If an order that you have paid for is cancelled by us, or successfully cancelled by you under Section 8, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 10 days of the cancellation. The time your bank or payment provider takes to show the refund may vary. For refunds related to returns, see our Refund & Return Policy.

  1. Sale, discounted, and special products

Products bought during a sale, clearance, promotion, flash sale, or special discounted offer may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless the product you received is wrong, damaged, or defective and qualifies under our Refund & Return Policy.

Surprise Mystery Box. contents are selected by us and may differ between boxes; boxes are not returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

  1. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the Website or in messages are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by courier delays, festive rush, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions). Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not liable for delays caused by such events, but we will help you track and resolve delivery issues where we can.

  1. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, comment, or photo on the Website, you confirm that it is honest, is your own, and does not break any law or anyone’s rights. You allow us to display and use it on the Website and in our marketing, without payment. We may remove content that is offensive, false, or unlawful.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including product images, graphics, logos, branding, text, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Varahi Accessories unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third parties beyond our reasonable control, or for the content and practices of linked websites.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law, including consumer protection laws, that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “last updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or a notice on the Website before they take effect. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.
